Shipping policy

Processing times

All orders are processed within 48 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Unless the item purchased is a pre order and will be sent on or by the date stated with the description. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping (p&p)

We currently only ship with Royal Mail, shipping has been updated to include Tracked 24 and Special Delivery. Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 24 hours and Special Delivery by 1pm the following business day. Please note weekends are not business working days.

For all purchases under £50 shipping (p&p) is £3.50, £4.95 or £8 depending on product/s. For purchases over £50 standard £3.50 shipping (p&p) is free. Shipping fees are added at the checkout.

All shipping times are estimates. Delays with Royal Mail are out of our control. No orders can be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. 

When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at harriettevelynnjewellery@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
